A jornada do peregrino não termina sem resistência. Pedro encerra sua carta com um aviso sério e uma promessa ainda maior: o adversário é real, mas Deus é fiel. “O Deus de toda graça, que os chamou para a sua glória eterna em Cristo Jesus, depois que vocês sofrerem por um pouco de tempo, ele mesmo os restaurará, firmará, fortalecerá e estabelecerá.” (1 Pedro 5:10). A força do peregrino não vem de dentro. Vem de Quem o enviou.
Part 5 — STRENGTH
The stranger’s journey does not end without resistance. Peter closes his letter with a serious warning and an even greater promise: the adversary is real, but God is faithful. “The God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast.” (1 Peter 5:10). The stranger’s strength does not come from within. It comes from the One who sent them.
